Samskara Kendra

  • Regular sessions held to instill values and cultural heritage through activities like Kaituttu (traditional serving of food as hand morsel), Matru Vandana (honoring mothers), Kartik Deepotsave (festival of lights), and Nanna Hiriyaru Nanna Adharsha (My Elders, My Pride). These help nurture respect, gratitude, and strong community bonds among children.
  • Since mere schooling alone may not ensure students to become responsible citizens of our country, we firmly believe that proper guidance to them on values like honesty, being helpful to others, respect to elders, etc., is also required. This need is met by activities at Samskaara Kendra conducted on every Sunday. In this, students are taught shlokas, its meaning and also inspiring stories from epics such as Ramayana and Mahabharata are narrated. Currently, all the students who come for the tuitions attend this weekly program.
All the students will be served food at the end of each class
  • The students of various Schools are taught Bhagavadgita, Bhajans, Amruthavachana, Shlokas, patriotic songs, legends of great men etc., That helps in development of patriotism and awareness among children.
  • In the month of November or December, an inter high school competition is held in the categories such as essay writing, singing, pick and speak, drawing, etc., for about 800 students representing 70+ aided and government high schools located in the adjoining areas of the Trust. Students are awarded attractive prizes and given certificates.
